DSTS Digital is 100% legitimate and registered company under trade license # : 743424 of DED - Dubai Economic Department.
How Order Processing works on DSTS Digital?
- Search and Select the Product to purchase.
- Create or Login into Account to Proceed.
- Fulfill the necessary details, e.g. Name, Contact Address etc.…
- Select Payment Method “Cash on Deliver or Master / Visa Card”.
- Our customer care will contact you on registered number/WhatsApp for order confirmation.
I cannot complete my registration, what do I need to do?

Do I have to create an account to place an order?
Yes, you will require a login account while checkout to make your shopping experience swift and simple. This will also help you to keep record of your purchase and enjoy special benefits as well as share ratings and review our products as per your experience.
DSTS Digital webstore is integrated with Google and Facebook login, you can easily login though you Gmail or Facebook account.
Where I can get my sales invoice?
- Our system will automatically email your product invoice on your registered email with DSTS Digital. We follow Go-Green “environmental friendly policy therefore we discourage paper print invoices / documents.
- You can also download your invoice “PDF” from your Accounts > My Orders > Actions.
How I can pay from DSTS Digital Web Store?
Cash on Delivery:
- You can select cash on delivery method while checkout and pay while receiving your product.
- Below are conditions on Cash on delivery method.
- Cash on Delivery is acceptable up to 500 AED purchase.
- We do not accept cash on delivery above 500 AED Products.
- We do not accept cash on delivery on back to back orders.
Master/Visa Card:
- You can pay online through Master / Visa card. Our Webstore is integrated with all major banks in the United Arab Emirates and GCC Countries in AED currency only.
Would I be charged for availing of the COD option?
There's no specific charge to avail COD on any order.
How safe is it to use my Debit/Credit card or make an online payment on DSTS Digital UAE?
- All transactions at DSTS Digital Online are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with DSTS Digital is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties.
- 2-Step verification is enabled on DSTS Webstore purchase; you will get OTP SMS from your bank to approve the transaction before proceeding.
How I can pay from outside UAE?
We only accept Master / Visa card payment method for international payments, especially for GCC Countries “Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait”, as there is no cash on delivery method enabled.
Can I Return a product after opening box of item?
No, Unfortunately open box items from customer are non-return items.
What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?
While we try our best to fulfil your orders correctly, in the best manner possible, for any complaints you may have, with regards to your order, please contact our Customer Care within 1 or 2 business days of your order delivery, for prompt resolution. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, please inform our Customer Care within 1 business day of receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order in specific time period from Account > My Order > Cancel.
Option will only visible for eligible time frame.
When I can return the product?
Dstsdigital.com offers a 7-days return period, from the day the product has been delivered to you, as long as the product being returned is not part of our non-returnable list of conditions.

When I can get my refund?
Cash on delivery can be return to customer account within 2 to 3 working days.
Payment by Master / Debit card can be transfer directly to customer bank account within 7 to 10 working days.
What are expected shipping days within UAE?
- Generally we deliver our products in next working day but our standard delivery days are 3 to 4 days.
What are expected shipping days for outside UAE?
Our Standard deliveries are 7 to 10 Days for GCC Countries.
Where I can contact or Claim Service or Warranty
The device’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer or their authorized service provider and it is subjected to the warranty policies of the manufacturer, which can be found on the user manual or the official website of the manufacturer. To request for warranty services, customer must contact manufacturers or their authorized service center directly as per the rules and regulations.
Warranty services provided by the authorized service center are not the responsibility of DSTS Digital. This includes spare part availability, repair period and/or quality of repair. The customer is to contact the warranty service provider directly in case of complaints or any other concern.
